How long does it take to receive my order?
Every order is printed to order, most orders will ship in under 5 business days. If you need something in a rush or for a specific date, contact us
(info@iprintconcepts.com) prior to ordering.
Non-custom orders ship under 5 business days.
Custom orders ship 7-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ApplePay, Visa, and Mastercard.

What is your refund policy?
Most of our products are made-to-order. We rarely give refunds or allow exchanges unless we have made an error with your order (e.g. incorrect size, color or style). In such a case, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@iprintconcepts.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@iprintconcepts.com

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days, regardless of reason.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (Use your order number). Please email us at info@iprintconcepts.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
