Collection: tHERapy Collection

tHERapy was originated by three friends,  Heather, Christina and LaShaunda during the COVID19 pandemic. We began walking various local trails for at least an hour, to break up the monotony of being on lock-down.  We soon realized seeing each other more often, face-to-face, was starting to feel like therapy. During our walks, we talk about our successes and frustrations, ask for and provide advice, and of course we laughed and cried. Since we have been friends since middle school, we feel comfortable bearing our souls.  Our walks have become longer and our talks are deeper.  Our walks have changed and matured us in ways we could not have imagined. 

Over our 30+ years as friends, one thing we have learned from each other and our other childhood friends is, friendship should never be taken for granted. 

We encourage you to have a standing weekly activity with your girls who are in your surrounding area and monthly standing activities with those who aren’t.  You too, will find your tHERapy sessions to be life altering. 

This shirt collection was created to normalize therapy and genuine female friendship. ALL profits from the sale of tHERapy shirts will be donated to various North Carolina charities who support women.
