Our print process
We are a mother and son team! We print each shirt ourselves. Every shirt is either printed using a dye sublimation process, heat transfer vinyl (HTV) or laser heat transfer. All prints are high quality.
Washing instructions
Machine wash cold inside out. Dry on cool tumble dry or hang dry to extend the life of your shirt.
Shipping
Every order is printed to order, most orders will ship in under 5 business days. If you need something in a rush or for a specific date, contact us (info@iprintconcepts.com) prior to ordering.
Refunds
Most of our products are made-to-order. We rarely give refunds or allow exchanges unless we have made an error with your order (e.g. incorrect size, color or style). Please see our FAQs on our home page.
